About the Client:Fishency develops and delivers advanced technology solutions for the continuous monitoring of fish groups across the entire value chain. By combining image analysis, IoT sensors, and artificial intelligence, the company enables the collection and analysis of large volumes of real-time data related to fish health, welfare, and production. Joining this exciting opportunity, you will be able to progress further, by working together with other high level and experienced colleagues like yourself. You’ll have close contact with the management and have a voice to give your ideas and input as we work in a Norwegian style flat hierarchy. About the role:
This role is a Junior Developer responsible for APIs and reporting functionality that make Fishency’s data available to customers and internal systems. Responsibilities:* Develop and extend REST APIs
Build reporting and statistical functionality
Implement backend logic and data models
Testing, debugging, and documentation
Your skills and experience
Technical requirements:* Python
REST API design (JSON)
SQL / databases
Linux, Git / GitHub
Basic Docker knowledge
