We are looking for an Air Transport Manager with strong experience in operations, pricing, procurement, and international air product development. Someone strategic, analytical, a skilled negotiator, and with proven leadership.
Work location: Av. Reforma, Mexico City.
BENEFITS:
Nominal salary: $45,000 to $50,000 MXN (depending on experience).
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturdays only when required).
Grocery vouchers: $2,000 MXN monthly.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, Logistics, Administration, Aviation, or a related field.
Advanced English.
Advanced Mandarin Chinese.
5+ years as an International Air Transport Manager.
Strong experience in pricing, international air cargo, cabin procurement, air product development, and airline negotiation.
Knowledge of MX–LATAM routes, key airports, AWB, cargo booking, consolidations, and customs operations.
Advanced Excel skills, commercial CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and freight forwarder systems (Cargowise, Magaya, Softair).
Own vehicle and availability for frequent travel.
