We are looking for a Growth \& Data Analyst for our head office in Hong Kong!
Reporting to the Co-founder \& CEO, the Growth \& Data Analyst role sits within our Impact \& Growth team, which is responsible for market research, business modelling, product \& channel development, growth strategy planning \& performance management etc. The team drives strategic business projects to identify and realise significant future growth opportunities for Farmacy.
The
Growth \& Data Analyst
will utilise business analytics and problem-solving expertise to evaluate and structure how to unlock growth areas. This will be supported by project management skills to execute and drive results.
The position is ideally suited to an ex-consultant or management programme graduate who has gained experience in a tech start-up or scale up.

Role \& Responsibilities
Work with CEO on market research and strategic growth projects to identify and realise significant future growth opportunities for Farmacy in the area of 1) new market entry and growth and 2) revenue-driving cross-functional initiatives
Structure and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data from research and other teams, connect the dots and draw new insights
Build hypothesis, scenarios, and testing frameworks on pricing, products, customer and channels to examine business case viability and develop competitive offerings
Assemble and coordinate cross-functional teams to leverage expertise, bringing alignment with overall company strategy and objectives
Manage growth performance through taking ownership for success against agreed KPIs
Prepare and participate in stakeholder management \& communications at senior level and across the business
Key Requirements
2 to 3-year experience in growth strategy and business analytics
Management consulting background preferred
Top fresh graduates with relevant exposure and academic discipline will be considered
Able to multi-task and deal with fast-paced work environment
Work directly with co-founders (CEO, CTIO, CCO)
Tech-savvy with a passion for locally groomed innovative technology and ESG values
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: - Quantitative analysis e.g., excel modelling, performance analysis / - Incorporate qualitative insights \& behavioral context
Structured and disciplined way of thinking: demonstrate the ability to break down any variety of problem, identify and focused on priorities
Strategic presentation skills: articulating complex situations in a clear manner
Ability to translate strategy and vision to tangible initiatives and actions, prioritising and optimising when necessary
Prior experience in managing clients from retail, and/or property developers, and/or F\&B sectors will be a bonus
An international mindset and value working with diversity (nationalities, cultures and working styles) and ability to bring unity across different perspectives
Good command of written and oral Cantonese, English and Mandarin
