Metrology \& Qualification Senior Technician
You will supervise and perform metrological laboratory activities, carrying out the calibration of company and primary instruments, as well as the qualification of equipment and environments. You will also support the Metrology \& Qualification Manager with project management. Main responsibilities:* Participation in the planning and updating of metrology and validation activities.
Supervision and execution of calibration activities for critical instruments, as well as the qualification of production equipment, including the drafting of IQ/OQ/PQ documents and field activities for initial qualification, and periodic requalification in accordance with current GMP guidelines.
Supervision and execution of qualification activities in classified environments, in accordance with GMP Annex 1 guidelines and ISO 14644 standards, including first qualification and periodic requalification in accordance with current GMP guidelines (Annex 15).
Collaboration with subcontractors responsible for metrology and validation activities.
Drafting and updating operating procedures and technical documentation regarding metrology and validation activities.
Based on technical expertise, drafting the qualification documentation of systems, environments, instruments and calibration documentation.
Providing support to the Quality Assurance department and the Metrology \& Qualification Manager during inspection visits by customers, national and international regulatory bodies, and certifiers.
Support the Metrology \& Qualification Manager during project management activities.
Requirements:* Diploma in electronics or mechatronics or degree in mechanical or electronic engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in the role in the pharmaceutical sector (companies or suppliers).
Excellent ability to use calibration and validation tools.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, and ideally SAP.
Good knowledge of English.
Perseverance, good initiative and adaptability, as well as strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Salary between € 34.000 and € 38.000.
