About the Role: Filamento is seeking a brilliant and driven Technical Product Marketing Manager. This is a high-impact, hybrid role for a bilingual (Mandarin/English) professional to act as the operational bridge between our manufacturing partners in China and our market presence in the USA.
You will move beyond simple coordination to own the product lifecycle—from managing technical definitions and documentation to overseeing the creation of marketing assets and executing the final product launch. This is a launchpad for a fast-track career in Product Management, and we actively support work sponsorship (e.g., OPT, H-1B) for exceptional candidates.
What You'll Do:
Product Lifecycle \& Release Management: Orchestrate the end-to-end product release process from the factory in China to the US market. You will ensure timelines are met and products are market-ready upon arrival.
Product Marketing \& Collateral: Own the creation and maintenance of all customer-facing assets. This includes managing our website, creating technical datasheets, brochures, and presentation decks.
Vendor \& Freelancer Management: Manage external resources, including freelancers (web developers, graphic designers, copywriters), to ensure high-quality marketing output.
Technical Documentation \& Control: Maintain strict revision control over engineering documentation. You will be responsible for creating and managing Part Numbers, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical specifications.
Data Analysis: Utilize expert Excel skills for cost analysis, pricing structure modeling, and tracking product performance metrics.
Who You Are:
Mandatory professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field is required; a degree from a university in China is no issue.
Technical \& Creative: You have the engineering background to understand the product and the marketing mindset to explain it to the world.
Highly Organized: You are comfortable managing complex spreadsheets, part numbering systems, and release checklists without letting details slip.
Proficient in Tools: Expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required. Experience with CMS (website management) is a plus.
A "Manager" Mindset: You are capable of directing the work of freelancers and holding external vendors accountable.

Must be eligible for US work authorization and sponsorship (e.g., OPT/STEM OPT).
