We are seeking a Product Managers to build and scale our B2B lending platform. You will drive the roadmap, work closely with engineering, and engage directly with clients across banks, NBFCs, LSPs, and fintechs.### Responsibilities

Product Strategy \& Delivery

Align product roadmap with business goals and lending use cases.

Define requirements across APIs, onboarding flows, dashboards, and analytics.

Drive execution with engineering—grooming, sprints, QA, release readiness.

Partner with marketing on positioning and GTM plans.

Track product metrics and iterate for impact.

Client \& Business Interaction

Engage with clients via demos, requirement discussions, and solution design.

Support sales during discovery, proposals, and pilots.

Represent the product in webinars, workshops, and onboarding sessions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering managers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Collaborate with design, analytics, and operations teams.

Technical Ownership

Prioritize technical debt and platform improvements.

Contribute to system architecture discussions for scalable lending solutions.

Work hands-on with API specs, integration flows, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

4+ years experience, with 2+ years in retail lending (e.g., Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, Merchant Loans, BNPL/Credit Line).

Understanding of lending operations, underwriting flows, and partner-led models (DSA, co-lending).

Experience with B2B SaaS or API-first products.

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable collaborating closely with engineering teams and working with specs.
