SQL

data warehousing concepts
Ability to analyze and interpret
Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
Experience performing
data quality checks and validation
Experience \& Skills
Minimum
5 years of experience
working as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
Solid knowledge of
database design, data modeling, data mining techniques, and data segmentation

Experience working with
reporting tools (e.g., Business Objects)
and familiarity with
programming/scripting such as JavaScript, XML, or ETL frameworks
.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to
gather, structure, interpret, and present large datasets
accurately.
Hands-on experience working in
both Agile and Waterfall software development environments
.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills
, capable of explaining technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership within financial institutions.
Strong
collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation abilities
