Join fiskaly! Help Us Build Trust in Compliance \& Security
Millions of people interact with fiskaly every day, even if they don’t realize it. As a B2B SaaS company, we power the technology behind digital receipts and compliance APIs. Trust and security are at the core of everything we do — from tamper-proof receipts that fight tax fraud to secure compliance platforms that scale globally.
We are looking for a
Site Reliability Engineer
who wants to redefine how infrastructure is managed. We operate as a lean, highly collaborative team that powers millions of transactions. We don't believe in throwing bodies at problems; we believe in solving them with code, architecture, and intelligent automation.
💼
The Role
You will join a team where "Infrastructure as Code" is the law, not just a suggestion.
Your goal is to maximize reliability while minimizing manual intervention. We are looking for an engineer who embraces
AIOps and modern observability
. You won't just stare at dashboards waiting for a red light; you will build systems that detect anomalies before they become incidents. You will work closely with product teams to embed reliability into the software lifecycle, ensuring that our platform is resilient by design.
🛠️
What You’ll Do
Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our cloud-based systems (GCP), treating operations as a software problem
Design and implement intelligent observability pipelines using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK, moving beyond static thresholds to anomaly detection where possible
Develop complex automation for repetitive tasks using Terraform (IaC) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Argo/Flux CD), leveraging AI coding assistants to speed up script generation
Work closely with engineering teams to improve deployment maturity, serving as a consultant on how to build "cloud-native" applications
Manage and optimize our Kubernetes clusters, ensuring they are secure, cost-effective, and auto-scaling efficiently
Participate in on-call rotations, but with a focus on "Blameless Post-Mortems" and permanently fixing the root cause so the pager doesn't ring twice for the same issue
Advocate for SRE best practices across the organization, helping developers understand how their code behaves in productio
✨
What You Bring
The Cloud Native Mindset: strong experience with GCP (or AWS/Azure) and a deep, hands-on understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
Observability Mastery: You understand the difference between logging, metrics, and tracing, and you have experience with stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
Automation First: You hate doing things twice. You are proficient in Terraform/Ansible and CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and you are eager to use AI tools to automate the "boring parts" of scripting
Coding Skills: You are comfortable writing code in Go, Python, or Java to glue systems together or build internal tools
Database \& OS: Solid experience with PostgreSQL and Linux internals
Networking: You have a clear grasp of DNS, load balancers, and firewalls
Language: Professional English is mandatory
💡
What We Offer
A role where you can implement "AIOps" practices and test new tools for automated incident response
A chance to learn and grow in compliance and security within a fast-growing SaaS company
Mentorship and development opportunities from experienced colleagues
A highly collaborative and international team that values trust, growth, and transparency
Competitive salary and benefits package
Flexibility: hybrid/remote setup, modern tools, and a strong culture of autonomy
Support for further certifications and professional development
