Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring project deliverables are aligned with strategic objectives and industry standards.
Lead project planning and execution by defining technical requirements, overseeing architecture design, and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality solutions aligned with client objectives.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align project goals with product roadmaps and organizational strategy.
Drive adoption of best practices in coding standards, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
Drive the execution of software development initiatives, ensuring solutions are delivered to meet business needs and client expectations.
Shape and evolve the organization’s SDLC processes, driving efficiency, reliability, and innovation in software delivery
Provide technical consultancy and support to Hong Kong-based strategic partners and project clients as part of our expanded service offerings, including on-site project guidance when required by business needs.
Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent to build a balanced and skilled team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, system design, and project leadership.
Proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, C++, Node.js, SQL,etc.
Strong knowledge of software development and best practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Deep understanding of software architecture and design principles, with a focus on building scalable and maintainable systems.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
Fluency in spoken Mandarin is essential.
