What you’ll do

Work with senior engineers to build and maintain backend services used across Flip’s ecosystem.

Write clear, tested, and efficient code, mainly in Go.

Review and learn from code written by peers and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver reliable features.

Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues under guidance.

What you’ll need

Basic programming experience in any backend language

(Go experience is a strong plus)

Understanding of core computer science concepts: data structures, algorithms, OOP, and clean code principles.

Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.

Good problem-solving mindset and eagerness to grow.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.
