Job Description

Flooring Liquidators is a Retail flooring Company.

seeking a full-time or par-time candidate, that could work Friday-Tuesday or Friday to Monday.

Key Responsibilities:

WordPress \& WooCommerce Management:

Create, update, and manage product listings on WordPress and WooCommerce, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.

Assist in organizing website categories, improving navigation, and enhancing the online shopping experience.

Social Media \& Marketing Management:

Schedule and post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

Use Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials, graphics, and promotional posts.

Collaborate with management to plan content calendars, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.

Create ads on marketplace FB, kijiji, ColdCalls, and Emailing potential leads

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service via live chat, phone calls, and in-person interactions. Manage the 1-866 number.

Assist customers in selecting products, answer questions, and provide advice based on product knowledge.

Resolve customer concerns and issues efficiently, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

Store Operations \& Monitoring:

Manage schedules for multiple store locations, ensuring proper coverage and smooth daily operations.

Monitor live security cameras across stores to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with staff across locations to address issues or urgent situations in real-time.

Team Support \& Communication:

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations both online and in-store.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products, promotions, and procedures.

Offer support in administrative tasks and special projects as required.

Personal \& Professional Skills:

Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and processes.

Make informed decisions in fast-paced situations.

Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

Outgoing, bubbly personality with excellent communication skills.

Quick learner, self-motivated, and proactive in solving problems.

Experience in sales, customer service, or flooring is a plus.

Comfortable working with WordPress, WooCommerce, Canva, social media platforms, scheduling tools.

Ability to work full-time, including weekends, with flexibility during training.

(4 weeks training is at minimum wage)

Fluent in English, strong communication skills \& computer skills. Problem solving + Customer Support

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
