The Product Challenge
You won't just manage a backlog; you will own the
User Journey
for millions of candidates in the Global South.
As a Product Executive, you sit at the intersection of
AI Technology
,
User Psychology
, and
Business Growth
. Your challenge is to take a complex AI interaction and make it feel invisible and "ridiculously intuitive" for millions of users across the fast-growing economies of Southeast Asia, LATAM, and Africa.
What You Will Do
Become the User's Advocate:
Go beyond surveys. You will obsess over the user experience of candidates in emerging markets. You will identify friction points that others miss and turn user frustrations into roadmap priorities.
Translate Vision to Specs:
You will take high-level goals (e.g., "Increase completion rate by 10%") and translate them into clear, actionable engineering requirements, user stories, and design specs.
Ship, Measure, Iterate:
You will work with Engineering and Design to get features out the door fast. You will own the launch, obsess over the metrics (retention, conversion, engagement), and ruthlessly iterate based on data.
Unite the Squad:
You are the glue connecting Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Leadership. You will communicate the "Why" behind every feature and rally the team to execute with precision.

Must-Haves:
Elite Academic Background:
Bachelor’s degree from a
top-tier international or local university
with excellent academic standing. We value intellectual rigor alongside a doer-mindset.
Experience OR High Potential:
Experienced:
2+ years in Product Management with a track record of shipping.
Freshers:
We welcome exceptional fresh graduates who have demonstrated leadership, high academic achievement, and a hunger to build.
Data-Driven Mindset:
You don't just read data; you interrogate it. You can look at a funnel, find the leak, and propose a hypothesis to fix it.
Early-Stage Execution:
You understand that speed is a strategy. You are comfortable making decisions with 70% of the information and iterating later.
Fluency in Vietnamese \& English:
You must be able to communicate complex technical and business concepts in both languages seamlessly.
