Step into a pivotal role within a close-knit, high-performing export team where your commercial expertise will drive growth across diverse Pacific markets. As Export Sales Manager – Pacific, you’ll shape strategy, build strong partnerships, and deliver results in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Own the full Ingredients P\&L for the Pacific region, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth across both Ingredients and Consumer portfolios

Develop and execute comprehensive market strategies, identifying and capitalising on new opportunities through innovative route-to-market and pricing approaches

Build and nurture enduring relationships with key distributors and customers, negotiating commercial terms to achieve ambitious volume, revenue, and margin targets

Lead accurate forecasting, demand planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating closely with planners, the Export Operations team, and supply chain partners

Champion operational excellence, upholding compliance, health, safety, and food quality standards while supporting business development and new market entry

You’re a passionate, commercially savvy leader who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. With a proven track record in export sales, you’re ready to influence, collaborate, and deliver results while building trusted relationships across cultures.

5+ years’ experience in FMCG export sales or international trade, ideally with exposure to the dairy industry or global commodity markets

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline; CA/CPA or finance background advantageous

Demonstrated success managing P\&L and driving growth in complex, multi-market environments

Strong commercial acumen, advanced negotiation skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and distributors

Agile, culturally sensitive, and eager to learn, ready to switch between Ingredients and Consumer portfolios and embrace new challenges
