Job Responsibilities
Provide first and second level technical support for IT issues or ad-hoc IT-related tasks
Assist the manager in managing specific tasks in projects and IT services
Perform Windows system administration, including system setup and backup, software installation, patch upgrades, system monitoring, and health checks
Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance tuning
Provide advice and consultancy services to the project team with system architecture design
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and support for users
Job Requirements
Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
At least 3 years' experience in in-house helpdesk support/system infrastructure maintenance
Occasional outdoor work (client’s technical support) is needed
Proactive and self-motivated to work independently and efficiently
