The Formo team is looking for a Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You take ownership of your work, write high-quality, bug-free code, and build scalable systems.
Responsibilities
* Write production-ready code that is testable, well-documented, and accounts for edge cases.
* Develop UI components, web applications, backend APIs, and SDKs.
* Participate in product development and contribute to technical discussions.
* Stay updated on new trends and best practices in software development.
* Collaborate across teams to drive technical decisions and processes.
* Improve team velocity, reliability, and security through engineering best practices.
Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer (ReactJS \& NodeJS).
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience building frontend applications and backend APIs.
* Proficiency in unit/integration testing, debugging, and test-driven development.
* Understanding of system performance and scaling for large-scale web services.
* Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or web analytics platforms is a plus.
* Experience with wallet libraries (wagmi, viem) and embedded wallet SDKs (Privy, Dynamic) is a plus.
* Familiarity with SQL and data engineering is a plus.
* Ownership mindset with a proven track record of delivering projects.
* Strong English communication skills (written \& spoken).
* Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance development and productivity.
