Job description:
· Retail Manager –Four's trading limited T/A Fresh For Less Supermarket (Mount Wellington)
is looking for a full-time Retail Manager to take charge of the
day-to-day running of our Mount Wellington store. We need someone confident on the shop
floor, comfortable leading a team, and able to keep the store operating smoothly across all
areas.
What the role involves:
Running the daily store operations
Managing staff rosters, training, and general team support
Keeping on top of stock, ordering, and inventory levels
Monitoring sales, KPIs, and basic financial reporting
Making sure merchandising and presentation are up to standard
Helping customers and handling issues when needed
Oversight of the South Indian product range
Making sure Lotto sales and processes meet compliance requirements
What we’re looking for:
Previous retail management or supervisory experience
Confidence managing staff and overseeing operations
Experience with stock control and inventory systems
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to monitor store performance and work towards targets
