Senior Frontend Engineer
role for someone who values technical depth, ownership, and performance-critical systems. This is not a design-led UI role, but real-time frontend engineering where milliseconds matter.
You will work closely with a small, highly experienced engineering team building and evolving the core trading UI and adjacent trading products.

What you will be doing
Building and maintaining high-performance, real-time frontend interfaces
Working primarily with React and TypeScript on the core trading platform
Translating complex trading workflows into robust, intuitive UIs
Collaborating closely with backend engineers and product stakeholders
Making pragmatic technical decisions in a fast-moving, high-ownership team
Continuously improving performance, reliability, and developer experience
Essential experience
React: 2–3+ years with strong technical and architectural understanding
TypeScript: 5+ years of professional experience
Technically strong frontend engineer, not design-only focused
Experience in small, fast-moving teams with real responsibility
Senior-level independence, accountability, and decision-making
Beneficial experience
Node.js exposure
React Native experience
Interest in trading, finance, or crypto markets
Experience working on complex, data-heavy applications

Contract: 12 months initially, then permanent
Salary: €80,000-100,000 plus benefits
Location: Hybrid, 3 days in the Amsterdam office and 2 days remote
