Position: Product Management( Accessories Category) - SL:02

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee assigned product groups within the accessories portfolio, ensuring effective product lifecycle management.
Collaborate directly with suppliers and cross-functional departments to execute all product-related activities, including contract execution, pricing strategy, policy implementation, promotions, and sell-in/sell-out coordination.
Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis; assume responsibility for procurement planning, inventory control, sales performance, and product liquidation activities.
Serve as the primary liaison to the implementation team, providing training and guidance to ensure sales activities are aligned with standardized processes and policies.
Work closely with the Marketing team and other departments to drive commercial performance and maximize revenue opportunities.
Perform additional duties assigned by the Category Director.
Report directly to the Category Director and Head of Category Division.
Requirements:
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong capability in data interpretation and analysis.
Strong logical reasoning, creativity, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, highly responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
Demonstrated ambition and commitment to long-term career progression.
English proficiency and prior experience in finance, financial analysis, procurement, or sales are advantageous.
