Key Responsibilities:
Work with US customers, willing to work night shift (if needed)
Infrastructure Automation:
Design, implement, and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to automate deployment and scaling of AWS resources.
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS Code Pipeline to automate software delivery processes.
Monitoring and Logging:
Configure monitoring and logging solutions such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or ELK stack to ensure high availability, performance, and security of AWS infrastructure and applications.
Security and Compliance:
Implement security best practices and compliance standards in AWS environments, including IAM policies, VPC configurations, and encryption mechanisms.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Identify and resolve issues related to AWS infrastructure, deployments, and application performance, collaborating with development and operations teams as needed.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and best practices, and actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions with team members
Qualifications:
Good communication in English
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Have 3-4 years experience in Devops positions.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS services.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems administration and shell scripting.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (Agile or Scrum) \& Devops principles.
Certification in AWS (eg: AWS certification DevOps Engineer/ Solution Architect …)
Experience with configuration management tools.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
Understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
Experience with performance tuning and optimization of AWS resources.
Knowledge of database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Amazon RDS.
