Position : Data Analyst (Power BI)
Location : HCM
Job description :
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI (Desktop, Service, Paginated Reports).
Perform semantic modeling, create data flows, and design efficient data models to support reporting and analytics.
Analyze data using SQL and DAX to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Optimize Power BI reports to ensure performance, scalability, and usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all reporting solutions.
Support end users and provide training or mentoring on Power BI reports and dashboards.
Participate in Power BI architecture and design discussions to align with enterprise standards.
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or similar roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop, Service, Paginated Reports).
Proficiency in SQL and DAX for data analysis and reporting.
Good understanding of database concepts, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Solid skills in data visualization, semantic modeling, and report design best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work effectively in dynamic environments.
Good English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
