JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a

Developer (Data Warehouse)

to join our project team, which is one of the UK’s leading financial and online retail corporations specializing in corporate travel solutions., with annual revenue exceeding £2.2 billion

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain ETL packages and pipelines to support organizational data needs.

Build and optimize data warehouse architectures and models, including integration with third-party data feeds.

Implement data quality management processes including profiling, rule creation, assessment, and monitoring.

Configure and maintain BI solutions for reporting, analytics, and visualization.

Provide support, training, and resources to empower users and maintain a continuous feedback loop.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business requirements and performance standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Working experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Transact-SQL.

Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Azure Analysis Services, and Azure DevOps.

Knowledge of machine learning integration with Azure ML or Databricks is preferred.

Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Delta Lake.

Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Strong skills in query optimization and performance tuning.

Ability to design scalable and efficient data warehouse solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate sub-standard solutions and propose alternatives.

Willingness to work rotational shifts in 24×7 or 24×5 services or UK time zone.
