Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture \& Technical Leadership
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Lead the development and optimization of data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.
Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.
Cloud Strategy \& Implementation
Architect cloud-native data solutions and oversee cloud migration initiatives.
Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
Evaluate and integrate cloud services and tools to enhance data capabilities.
Team Management \& Leadership
Lead and manage a team of data engineers and analysts, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture.
Allocate resources effectively across projects and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct regular team reviews, set goals, and support career development.
Strategic Planning \& Innovation
Develop and execute a roadmap for data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.
Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend emerging technologies.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align data strategies with business objectives.
Communication \& Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Prepare and present architecture proposals, project updates, and strategic plans.
Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.
Required Skills \& Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Solution Architect in data-centric and cloud environments.
Strong expertise in
Data Engineering
(ETL, data pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure).
Solid foundation in
Data Analysis
and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Proficiency in
Python
,
SQL
, and
Spark
.
Demonstrated experience in
team leadership and project management
.
Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute long-term initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English
.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
