Associate Product Manager / Senior Marketing Executive, Enteral Nutrition
Purpose:
Drive the development of the business for assigned Enteral Nutrition products with a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at taking the market share in Hong Kong \& Macau and achieving the company sales and profitability growth objectives.
Expand the business portfolios and drive multi-channel marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
Support planning and rollout of marketing programs; monitor performance and guide sales teams to meet targets. Assist in budgeting, campaign execution, and aligning activities with business objectives.
Assist in evaluating new products and markets; contribute to launch plans and competitive positioning. Coordinate market research and help prepare strategic launch materials.
Build relationships with healthcare professionals; organize advisory boards and patient education initiatives. Support clinical study coordination and brand endorsement activities.
Provide product and market training; stay updated on clinical trends and competitor activities. Ensure sales teams deliver consistent and accurate messaging to customers.
Operate approved social media channels; support digital campaigns in line with brand strategy. Help create engaging content and monitor online performance metrics.
Arrange and conduct advisory boards, symposium, exhibitions, conferences, seminar, workshop, and meetings.
Participate in forecasting and reviews; support sample management, tender management, vendor coordination, internal system processes and other ad. hoc tasks.
Requirement:
Degree holder in Science / Marketing or business-related disciplines. Registered Nurse, Dietitian or other related background will also be considered.
Around 7 years relevant marketing experience in pharmaceutical /nutrition industry, OTC exposure is an added advantage.
Analytical, independent, self-motivated and with strong project management.
Independent and able to work under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Used to working in multi-tasking environment.
Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive
