Job Description

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated, tech\-savvy, and detail\-oriented Ecommerce/Digital Project Manager to support our growing online business. In this role, you’ll produce product listing optimizations, inventory monitoring, digital marketing, and performance reporting across platforms such as Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and Commission Junction. You'll work closely with the E\-commerce Manager to drive sales, improve customer experience, and support key promotional campaigns.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has project management experience in ecommerce or digital marketing, detail detail\-oriented, and a super organizer who is looking for an onsite, hands\-on, fast\-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Product \& Content Management

Create, update, and optimize product listings in Shopify (titles, descriptions, tags, pricing, images) in collaboration with the Ecommerce Manager.

Upload website content including promotional banners, landing pages, and seasonal collections.

Maintain consistent, brand\-aligned content across all digital channels.

Promotions \& Campaign Execution

Setup QA of discount codes and promotional offers.

Create landing pages and curated collections to support launches and marketing campaigns.

Email \& Digital Marketing Project Management

Draft email campaigns (copy, layout) and ensure accurate audience segmentation via platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Omnisend.

Collaborate in working on digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta), including light copy, creative coordination, and performance tracking.

Qualifications \& Skills:

Experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field.

Project Management Experience.

Comfortable working in Shopify (or similar platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce).

Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets.

Familiarity with GA4, Commission Junction, and ecommerce reporting best practices.

Basic understanding of email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).

Exposure to paid media platforms like Google Ads or Meta Business Suite is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: $75,000\.00 \- $85,000\.00 per year
