My Dublin based client is recruiting for a C# / .Net Technical Lead for a 12 month daily rate contract initially. This role will be 1 - 2 days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership to the software engineering team, ensuring high coding standards and effective Agile delivery.
Act as a technical subject matter expert, supporting requirements analysis, solution design, and development planning.
Conduct and facilitate code reviews while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Manage development activities within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Manage technical dependencies, resolve blockers, and communicate progress and risks.
Work with architecture teams to align on technical solutions and maintain documentation.
Skills and Experience
Relevant third-level qualification with 5+ years’ experience in C# / .NET development.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum environments.
Experience developing enterprise applications using .NET Core, including Azure, Kubernetes, Microservices, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Good understanding of software development standards, design patterns, and SDLC practices.
Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical applications.
