About the Role:
We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support our analytics team in collecting, processing, and interpreting data to help inform business decisions. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their analytical skills and contribute to projects that have a real impact on the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources.
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and visualisations to track business performance.
Support senior analysts in identifying trends, insights, and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Maintain accurate documentation of datasets, processes, and reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for data collection and reporting processes.
Required Skills \& Experience:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL or data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Good organisational and time management skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
Preferred:
Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
Previous internship or academic project experience in data analytics.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
