Our team is expanding and has a global footprint of more than 60 people. We have offices in Dublin, Waterford and New York and remote employees spread out from the west coast of North America all the way to Melbourne. We work flexibly and operate as a remote friendly company so our team in the vicinity of offices can choose the home / office arrangement that works best for them.

About the role:
We're looking for a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to join our Product team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in the funds, asset management, or financial services industry who is eager to deepen their product skillset while working closely with clients, internal teams, and engineers.
The Associate Product Manager will work within the existing product team alongside Product Managers and Product Designers. You will operate as the bridge between our Client Solutions and Product teams, ensuring client needs, operational challenges, and market insights are captured and translated into wellâdefined product requirements. As you develop in the role, you will take on increasing responsibility across sprint planning, backlog management, and product initiatives aligned with client outcomes and company strategy.
What youâll do:
Support collaboration between Client Solutions and the Product Team, ensuring continuous alignment on client needs, business outcomes, and product priorities.
Build an understanding of client workflows across fund administration, depository oversight, investment compliance, transfer agency, and asset management.
Assist with translating client problems, regulatory pressures, and operational challenges into clear, structured product requirements.
Participate in sprint reviews from day one and progressively take ownership of sprint planning, backlog grooming, and setting priorities.
Work with Engineering to ensure requirements are well understood and features are delivered to a high standard.
Validate features throughout the development lifecycle, including user acceptance testing and preâdeployment checks.
Communicate product updates, changes, and feature releases to internal teams and clients.
Support roadmap planning and product initiatives based on client insights and industry trends.
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and CS to support onboarding, data preparation, and workflow optimisation when product input is required.
Contribute ideas for automating processes, improving user experience, and designing more scalable product solutions.
Assist projects around AI being incorporated within our Product
What youâll bring:
3 â 5 years experience in the Funds / Financial Services industry, with an eagerness to develop product management skills
Strong understanding of why clients use Fund Recsâtype solutions and the problems these tools solve
Experience in clientâfacing or operational roles within the funds or asset management industry, with strong empathy for client workflows and pain points
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, and Client Solutions
A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and define clear requirements
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and an ability to manage multiple priorities
A flexible, adaptable, and solutionsâfocused approach
A genuine interest in technology, automation, and building scalable products
Eagerness to learn and grow into a Product Manager who can make independent product decisions in the best interest of clients
Nice to have:
Exposure to agile product development processes.
Exposure to fund accounting, reconciliation, or financial operations (internships or coursework welcome)
Familiarity with Excel or other data tools
Interest in Fintech, automation, and process optimisation
Our interview process takes place remotely via teams and typically involves the following:
A 45 minute call where weâll ask you about your current and previous roles and explore some competency based questions with you.
A second round interview to meet our COO and to go through follow up questions.
We may follow up with a final stage interview, to discuss any feedback before making a final decision.
