Product Manager – Talent Marketplace / SaaS
📍 Brussels (3 days in the office)
💶
€5,000–€7,500/month
Want to help build a platform that lets big organisations work with talent faster and smarter – from freelancers to service providers and suppliers? This role owns a key product domain in a growing vendor management / talent marketplace used by large enterprises and public institutions across Europe. Industry knowledge around HR, talent, SaaS platforms or marketplaces is a big plus – this is business‑critical infrastructure, not “just another app”.
The role
Own a product area in a modern SaaS and marketplace ecosystem, aligned to a clear international product vision.
Shape the product vision, roadmap and priorities for your domain, based on strategy, data and user insight.
Run product discovery and delivery: user research, interviews, experiments and turning findings into shipped releases.
Partner with engineering, design, commercial, operations and support to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.
Track product quality, releases and impact, and help build a strong product culture and maturity in the team.
What we’re looking for
3–5 years’ experience as a Product Manager in a cross‑functional team, ideally in SaaS, platforms, marketplaces or HRTech.
Comfortable with discovery, validation and experimentation, and with setting roadmaps and priorities from impact and KPIs.
Happy working in agile (Scrum/Kanban), collaborating closely with engineers, designers and commercial stakeholders.
Clear communicator in an international environment; fluent Dutch/Flemish and strong English (French is a plus).
Based in Brussels or nearby and able to be in the office three days a week.
What’s on offer
Full‑time, permanent contract under Belgian conditions, with
€5,000–€7,500/month
depending on experience, plus vacation pay and 13th month.
Strong benefits: net allowance for home working/expenses, meal vouchers, car or mobility budget, employer pension contribution, hospitalisation insurance,
32 days off
(incl. 12 ADV), and a training budget with 5 days per year.
Hybrid working (roughly 60/40 office/home), plus extra monthly allowances for internet, lunch, wellbeing and home office setup.
If you know your way around talent, platforms or marketplaces and want to own a meaningful slice of a growing European product, this could be a great next step.
