Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Frontend Engineer/Backend Engineer located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Junior Frontend Engineer/Backend Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining front-end web/systems applications. Daily tasks include collaborating with the development team, implementing responsive web designs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. The Junior Frontend Engineer will work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
Qualifications for FE
1+ year experience in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design (React, Next.js, or similar)
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
Basic knowledge of Back-End Web Development, experience with RESTful APIs, Git/Github workflows.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Previous experience in FinTech or related industry is a plus
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is beneficial
Qualifications for BE
1 year experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development (Python, Node, or Java).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Basic knowledge of Front-End \& AI Development
Basic knowledge of cloud deployment and must strong programming skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
Familiarity with fintech solutions is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
