Your New Role

We are in the middle of an exciting technical and cultural transformation. We are moving away from rigid, slow delivery cycles to high-speed, high-quality, continuous value. The business is hungry for results. We need a Product Manager who combines the strategic vision of a PM with the tactical execution of a great Product Owner. Your goal is to move us from "busy" to "impactful".

Drive the Rhythm: You are the heartbeat of your squad. You manage the backlog, lead the ceremonies, and ensure the team has everything they need to sprint effectively.

Define Value: Translate complex business goals into clear, actionable user stories. You ensure the team isn't just coding, but solving problems.

Bridge the Gap: You are the translator between the commercial business and the technical delivery teams, ensuring total alignment.

Ruthless Prioritization: You actively manage the roadmap, ensuring we are always working on the highest-value item and pausing everything else.

Data-Led Iteration: You don't just ship and forget. You monitor performance and iterate based on real-world usage.

Your Skills And Experience

Strong experience in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) as a Product Owner or Manager.

Ability to work as a generalist across different tech stacks and customer domains.

Deep experience with backlog management tools (Jira, etc.) but a mindset that values conversation over documentation.

Experience "shifting left"—collaborating with devs to bake quality in from the start.

A track record of taking complex, messy requirements and turning them into a clean, executable backlog.
