Due to continued expansion we are seeking immediate applications for an additional Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer, The job is primarily based in Macroom, Co Cork , but will involve travel to customers sites around the county so a full clean driving license is a must.
Candidates should have been working in a Level 2 IT Support role ,ideally in a field engineer position continuously over the last 5 years.
Candidates should have a strong hands on knowledge of the following
· Windows 10/11 setup, troubleshooting and support in a business environment
· Client Pc replacement and data transfer
· Pc and laptop hardware repair and upgrade
· Microsoft Office 365 installation and config.
· Microsoft Outlook and Exchange
· Print support
· VPN setup
· Wi-Fi troubleshooting
· Remote client support using RDP, TeamViewer
· Client network cabling and patching

Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
