Role Summary
The Manager – Projects Sales Execution will lead project sales for marine and land-based sanitation, waste management, and gas detection systems across the region. The role involves driving business development, bidding for tenders, and building strong relationships with shipyards, marine contractors, and industrial clients.
You’ll be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with MARPOL and defense regulations, and coordinating with internal teams for project execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Sales \& Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with shipyards, marine contractors, and government bodies.
Track upcoming projects, tenders, and bidding opportunities in India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
Monitor competitor activities (technical, pricing, and bidding).
Develop technical, commercial, and pricing strategies in consultation with Directors.
Prepare and submit budgetary and firm offers, ensuring inclusion of all technical documents (QAP, FAT, HAT, SAT).
Ensure compliance with MARPOL, Indian Navy (IN), and Indian Coast Guard (ICG) regulations.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations across the region.
Technical \& Commercial Expertise
Demonstrate strong knowledge of VACman product lines and competitor offerings.
Interpret technical drawings, project requirements, and specifications.
Collaborate with the Project Execution team for drawings, sketches, and documentation.
Project Coordination \& Execution
Maintain an updated project database (scope, value, timelines, approvals, logistics).
Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance documents.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics teams for smooth project execution.
Follow up on order confirmations, contracts, and payments.
Oversee invoicing, delivery documentation, and commissioning (STW, HAT, SAT).
Support warranty claim processes and defect tracking with OEMs.
Team \& Process Management
Lead and guide the Projects team in preparing offers, drawings, and submissions.
Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Track and ensure timely payments from clients.
Provide market insights to management for strategic improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
7–10 years of experience in Project Sales / Business Development (preferably marine or industrial sector).
Strong understanding of bidding, tendering, and project management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively across the region.
Degree in Engineering / Marine / Technical discipline preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
