🎯 Your mission
Join our product team to design, build, and roll out B2C digital solutions (web, mobile apps deployed in 16 countries) that transform how millions of consumers track, receive, and interact with parcels.
Your role: own the vision of your product, drive the roadmap, and orchestrate international rollouts in close collaboration with countries and central teams.
You will report to the Lead Consumer Products Manager and be part of a team of 5 Product Managers.
Product vision \& strategy
Own the product vision, drive the roadmap for your product aligned with the global marketing vision and the OKR.
Collect, challenge, structure, and prioritize market and Business Units’ needs, and translate them into clear, measurable product objectives.
Conduct market watch \& benchmarking to identify key differentiators and new opportunities (e-commerce, delivery, UX, emerging technologies).
Discovery \& design
Lead discovery with Design Thinking: user research, personas, journeys, business cases…
Co-design solutions with Business Units, Design, IT, and other stakeholders when needed: define use cases, value proposal, business canva, map user personas and experience to identify pain points and specify Epics
Prioritize the backlog based on business value and feasibility (with IT team).
Delivery \& rollout
Represent and advocate the business impact in the delivery meetings (agile SAFe environment)
Build quarterly roadmaps with clear business objectives with the product team.
Balance quality, time-to-market, and budget while managing risks.
Prepare and co-lead international rollouts with a rollout manager: gap analysis, end-to-end testing, training toolkit, and change management.
Measurement \& continuous improvement
Track product performance with clear KPIs and dashboards.
Define and execute improvement plans based on data.
Maintain product documentation and ensure alignment with other stakeholders.
Communication \& adoption
Promote digital services across the Business Units with communication support.
Animate the international digital community, sharing best practices and market watch regarding consumer experience.
Monitor adoption with the BU success management team and share key insights.
🧑 💻 About you
Experience: 3+ years (mid-level) or 6+ years (senior) in B2C digital product management,
website and mobile app strategy in an international context
as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst
.
Experience in the e-commerce or delivery sector in complex IT environment is highly desirable.
Core skills: backlog \& roadmap ownership, discovery (UX/research), agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe), international rollout.
Soft skills: strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication, adaptability, pragmatic problem-solving.
Tools: Jira, Figma, Google Analytics, Miro/Klaxoon, MS Office.
Knowledge of Mobile platforms is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English \& French. A third language is an advantage.
