Tip Top Bakeries NZ, part of the George Weston Foods (GWF) group, is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Brand Manager to support the growth of our baking portfolio. About the Role
As Assistant Brand Manager, youâll work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to:
Develop and execute brand plans and marketing strategies
Support new product development, packaging, sampling, and communications
Analyse market and brand performance to uncover insights and opportunities
Manage marketing budgets and collaborate across teams to deliver successful campaigns
What Youâll Bring
A degree in Commerce, or Marketing (required)
1â2 yearsâ experience in FMCG, retail or a similar industry (preferred)
Strong analytical and financial skills (basic P\&L, budget management)
Curious, proactive, and a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Digital marketing know-how
Passion for brands and a desire to understand consumer behaviour
Flexible and agile, with a hands-on approach and willingness to get stuck in
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
Open-minded and receptive to feedback
A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
