This is a full-time Sales Director role working for Getinge Group Hong Kong Limited, a leading provider of medical equipment and solutions.
As the Sales Director- ACT, you will be responsible for managing the ACT business across all of Hong Kong \& Macau, developing and implementing the business strategy of Getinge Group in alignment with Eastern Asia and according to local targets for external sales, order intake, contribution margin, expenses, working capital, and market share growth.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement business strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the ACT business segment across HK \& Macau.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and use insights to inform business strategies.
Product Portfolio Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the product portfolio, including new product launches, lifecycle management, and pricing strategics.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies, customer relationship management, and channel partners.
Operational Excellence: Ensure operations efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business including customer service.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to achieve business objectives.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing the healthcare industry in HK \& Macau.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, healthcare professionals, industry associations, and government agencies.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or above in related majors, MBA is preferred.
At least 10 years’ experience of being an analytical and strategic business leader from a sales and marketing MedTech or Healthcare industry, has a strong track record of delivering solid business result.
Able to apply Commercial Excellence and Service Excellence to business operation.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, and general management roles for an international company of standalone business division in the country of operation.
Good product knowledge on relevant equipment and aftermarket product line. Good understanding of and experience with local market dynamics and direct and indirect (distributor) business process.
Growth minded and evidence of creating and pursuing organic growth in changing market conditions.
Ability to analyze business requirements of an international organization and to develop cohesive growth strategies at a high level.
Having possessed a customer network of KOL in the field of ICU, CTS, OT, or CSSD.
Understanding business buying behavior and translating this knowledge into go-to-market strategies across various local regions, product lines and customer segments.
Ability to formulate, present and defend own point of view to senior management teams. Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
Good financial understanding and acumen, result and P\&L responsibility.
Possesses a strong ‘can do, will do’ attitude and mindset, focused on how to overcome challenges and looking for opportunities rather than explaining why things cannot be done.
Fluent in both speaking and written English.

Compliance mindset both in terms of management and running the business/operations.
