Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to our products;
Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively;
Install, configure, and test new equipment and software;
Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products;
Document and maintain accurate records of service activities, including customer interactions, technical solutions, and equipment repairs;
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and product developments.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Engineering;
1 years of experience as a Service Engineer or similar technical support role (Fresh Graduates are also welcomed);
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems;
Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
