Role Overview
We are seeking a world-class Senior Python Developer with exceptional problem-solving ability and a proven track record on competitive programming or data challenge platforms such as LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, or Kaggle. This is a pure coding role focused on building high-performance Python systems, optimizing large-scale AI workflows, and collaborating with machine learning and research engineering teams. The ideal candidate consistently writes robust, scalable, and clean code and has strong systems-level thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Build, test, and optimize high-performance Python systems used in large-scale AI and data pipelines
Design and maintain modular, clean, production-ready Python codebases
Collaborate with data engineering, infrastructure, and AI research teams to deliver reliable backend components
Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code with strong emphasis on algorithms and data structures
Implement best practices for performance optimization, modularity, and scalable system design
Stay current with modern Python tools, frameworks, and industry standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
4+ years of experience building production-grade Python applications
Expert-level proficiency in Python and core libraries/frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, AsyncIO, FastAPI, or similar
Strong performance on coding platforms such as LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, or Kaggle
Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and scalable problem-solving
Experience with clean architecture, system design, and performance engineering
Working-level proficiency in machine learning and data science concepts
Preferred Qualifications Experience with distributed systems, high-performance APIs, or large-scale data processing pipelines
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and CI/CD workflows
Open-source contributions or experience building developer tools
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, research-driven engineering environments
Special Requirement
Proven track record on global coding platforms with top percentile performance in LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, or Kaggle.
