A Gilbarco Veeder-Root, empresa líder global em soluções de abastecimento, está à procura de um Gerente de Crédito e Cobranças LATAM, responsável por liderar a equipe no Brasil e na Argentina. As responsabilidades da posição incluem:
Gerenciar todas as operações de contas a receber (A/R) e o toolkit da companhia.
Liderar cobranças na América Latina.
Otimizar o manejo do fluxo de caixa na América Latina.
Coordenar e dirigir a preparação do fluxo de caixa da América Latina relacionado a cobranças.
Assegurar o atingimento das metas da companhia.
Preparar o orçamento anual e previsões financeiras relacionadas a cobranças.
Preparar e publicar pontualmente as demonstrações financeiras mensais relacionadas a cobranças LATAM.
Coordenar a preparação de relatórios gerenciais.
Assegurar a aplicação das normas e políticas corporativas na área.
Dar suporte aos processos de fechamento financeiro mensal e anual.
Garantir o controle de qualidade das transações financeiras e do relatório de A/R (aging, etc.).
Gerenciar e respeitar os requisitos de relatórios dos governos municipal, estadual e federal e declarações fiscais relacionadas a cobranças.
Desenvolver e documentar processos de negócio e políticas da área para a América Latina, para manter e reforçar os controles internos.
Desempenhar deveres adicionais de controller, se necessário.
Requisitos para a posição:
Experiência comprovada como responsável por Crédito e Cobranças;
Graduação em Finanças, Administração de Empresas ou área correlata;
Certificações como CMA ou CPA serão diferenciais;
Sólido conhecimento dos princípios e procedimentos contábeis;
Experiência na elaboração e análise de demonstrações financeiras;
Vivência em funções de razão geral (general ledger) e nos processos de fechamento financeiro mensal e anual;
Domínio de softwares contábeis e competência em atividades administrativas (ERP: Totvs, SAP, Oracle, entre outros);
Experiência em liderança de pessoas e gestão de equipes.
Inglês fluente;
Espanhol fluente é diferencial;
