About the Role
We are building a high-impact, mobile-first digital product and are looking for a hands-on SDE-2 (Mobile Application) who can take ownership of core app development and delivery.
You will work closely with design and backend teams to translate product vision into a world-class mobile experience. This role requires strong technical execution, attention to detail, and the ability to build scalable, performant, and visually polished mobile applications.
This position offers the opportunity to work directly with the product and technical leadership team, contribute to architecture decisions, and influence the roadmap from the early stages of development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Collaborate with backend and product teams to design and integrate scalable APIs and services.
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and stability across devices.
Participate in architecture discussions and help define scalable app structures and data flow.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds and deployment.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving engineering processes.
Work in close sync with the design team to ensure an exceptional user experience.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in mobile application development.
Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
Experience integrating Node.js backends and working with RESTful APIs.
Understanding of MongoDB schema design and real-time data handling.
Experience working with Firebase services (authentication, push notifications, etc.).
Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.), and design patterns.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud deployment workflows.
Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
Domain Experience (Preferred)
Candidates with experience in at least two of the following domains will be preferred:
Consumer-facing mobile products with large-scale usage.
Real-time or event-driven systems (feeds, notifications, live interactions).
Community, social, or marketplace-based platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to microservice-based or modular architectures.
Experience with in-app analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring.
Familiarity with app store publishing workflows and OTA updates.
Interest in scalable consumer tech platforms or digital communities.
