The Product Manager supports the institutional product management team to define and deliver innovative data-driven voting and engagement products that meet the needs of the corporate governance market and align with Glass Lewis’ strategic goals. This role requires a proven track record of product development, experience working in the research and data industry, strong client management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure the successful development and launch of products. You will have a high level of visibility throughout the organization working closely with commercial, research and technology teams to realize the long-term product vision. This position reports to the Senior Director, Institutional Products.
7+ years’ experience in product management, particularly within the research, data, or analytics industry.
Proven track record of managing complex products from concept through launch and iteration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
Analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to drive successful product launches and market adoption.
Support sales and marketing in product commercialization and go-to-market efforts.
Serve as the point of contact for product-related inquiries, resolving issues and providing strategic guidance across teams.
Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to internal stakeholders.
Engage with customers, commercial and marketing teams, to understand client needs and translate them into key product features.
Collaborate with product ops, UX/UI, research and technology teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact the product portfolio.
