The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in bringing our innovation story to market, collaborating with Product, Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure our differentiated positioning. They will lead product marketing strategy and execution for both our client and expert audiences, driving adoption of our AI-based platform and helping to build preference for the GLG brand. This role requires a creative, collaborative leader who is focused on product-led growth and data-driven decision making to deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development and continuous refinement of marketing strategy for new product launches and service enhancements
Leverage competitive research, customer segmentation, and user workflow analysis to position our products, sharpen value propositions and identify opportunities for differentiation
Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams to determine the role of our innovation story in the overall positioning of GLG and drive demand for our services
Develop and optimize product launch plans working with Product, Marketing and Commercial teams
Craft compelling product messaging and content, including sales enablement materials, collateral, case studies, web copy, as well as in-product touchpoints
Collaborate with segment, geography, and expert marketers to integrate our product messaging into customer journeys and campaigns
Define KPIs and report on product marketing performance, using analytics to optimize execution
Requirements
Bachelorâs degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; Masterâs preferred
Minimum of 7 yearsâ experience in product marketing or B2B SaaS, with hands-on development and execution of GTM strategies
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate globally
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills including content creation for multiple channels
Deep understanding of analytics, competitive intelligence, market segmentation, and customer insights
Experience with digital marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, SalesForce)
Data, business research, or information services sector experience strongly preferred

Compensation: GLG is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
The anticipated hiring base salary range for this role is:
$111,000â$150,000 USD
