About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced

Product Manager with strong SaaS experience

to own and evolve our onboarding and activation product experience.

This role sits at the intersection of customers, technology, and commercial teams. You will be responsible for driving product strategy and execution to deliver seamless, scalable onboarding experiences that accelerate time-to-value and revenue.

While we operate within the payments ecosystem, this role requires a

product-led SaaS mindset,

someone who understands subscription models, user activation, customer journeys, and product scalability. You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through to delivery, optimisation, and measurable commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for onboarding and activation experiences

Champion the voice of the customer, using data, insights and research to inform prioritisation

Partner with Engineering, Design, Revenue and Customer teams to deliver scalable SaaS solutions

Lead discovery initiatives to identify friction points and opportunities across the customer journey

Define and prioritise backlog items, write clear product requirements, and work closely with Agile delivery teams

Measure success through activation, engagement and commercial performance metrics

Drive continuous optimisation through experimentation, feedback loops and performance analysis

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to support product delivery and change

Salary

AUD 130,000 – 175,000 + superannuation

About You

You’re an experienced

Product Manager delivering SaaS products

in high-growth, technology-led environments.

You are passionate about creating great customer experiences and scaling products that solve real-world problems.

You are a strategic thinker who can communicate the big picture while staying hands-on to deliver results. A collaborative operator, you bring diverse perspectives together, prioritise effectively, and drive product outcomes with commercial awareness. You thrive in fast-moving environments, leading multiple projects simultaneously, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

You’ll Bring

Proven SaaS product management experience (essential)

Demonstrated ownership of full product lifecycle, discovery, strategy, delivery and optimisation

Experience improving activation, onboarding or lifecycle engagement within a SaaS environment

Strong commercial acumen and comfort working with revenue and growth metrics

Data-led decision-making skills with the ability to translate insights into action

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience within FinTech, payments or eCommerce (helpful but not essential)

Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks

Experience working in scale-up or high-growth environments
