Site Reliability Engineer IV
to support
trade finance change initiatives and BAU operations
within a large financial technology environment. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong
system integration, troubleshooting, and IT service management
experience who is looking to grow within an expanding team and gain exposure across multiple facets of enterprise IT.Key Responsibilities
Provide
third-level support
for complex system and integration issues across enterprise platforms.
Support
trade finance technology changes
and ongoing BAU operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using structured
ITIL-based processes
.
Analyze and support
system integration patterns
including REST APIs, messaging queues (MQ), and inter-system dependencies.
Participate in
on-call rotations
and deployment support activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve
system reliability, availability, and performance
.
Contribute to
design discussions and architectural thinking
to improve long-term stability.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across monitoring, incident management, and operational processes.
Required Skills
Must-Have Hard Skills:
Strong understanding of
system and system integration patterns
(REST APIs, MQ, etc.)
Advanced
technical troubleshooting
and root-cause analysis skills
Working knowledge of
ITIL processes
and IT support frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
architecture or design-oriented roles
Trade finance
domain experience
Banking or financial services
experience
Prior experience working or within large enterprise environments
Candidate Profile
Background in
IT integration projects
and enterprise support environments
Comfortable working in a
hybrid model with 4 full days onsite

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within a team of \~10 professionals
