Should have working experience on RDBMS and MySQL databases
Python Expertise: Expert proficiency in Python and its ecosystem for developing high-performance, production-grade microservices.
AI Agent Frameworks (Mandatory): Extensive, hands-on experience developing complex, multi-step AI Agent systems and workflow orchestration frameworks
Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience building and deploying applications and services on cloud architectures using AWS
Data and Integration: Strong understanding of data pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and API gateway-based microservice ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Help clients architect several data pipelines that will feed their AI applications.
The engineer will not only own the pipelines but also will have a say in the pipeline framework as well as the REST service loading the data into for retrieval
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers working on JAVA/Python applications.
Drive architecture and design discussions with a focus on microservices, distributed systems, and scalability.
Agent Development and Orchestration: Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Python,
Core Agent Implementation: Build and enhance crucial industrial AI agents leveraging modern AI Agentic frameworks
Reliable AI and Knowledge Base Integration: Implement components of the Reliable AI foundation, focusing on integrating agents with the Knowledge Base built from maintenance manuals and safety protocols.
Quality and Standards: Adhere to defined engineering standards, architecture guidelines, and code quality practices, supporting continuous improvement and automation.
Oversee end-to-end SDLC and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams to define technical roadmap and standards.
Review code and promote engineering best practices, CI/CD, automation, and observability.
Ensure secure development practices, performance optimization, and operational readiness.
GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed either in New York, NY or Miami, FL is $140,000 - $150,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower.
