Job Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with the business team, understand customers' business demands, provide solutions for users' group strategic-level projects and promote their implementation;
2. Plan phased construction schemes for systems such as collection, warehouse operations, and transit transportation according to the company's business development status;
3. Be able to design overall solutions for strategic projects based on the company's business and in combination with other related fields, including connecting products and services from third-party partners and self-developed ones, to ensure the rationality, compliance and legality of the solutions;
4. Participate in the design of the company's overall business architecture, application architecture and data architecture, and interface with the technical architecture;
5. Collaborate with users, products, development, testing and project managers to promote the implementation of solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Have profound and solid product and technical skills, be familiar with the industry development direction, and have a deep understanding of the future industry evolution and trends;
2. Possess high business analysis ability and business sensitivity, and be able to take the lead in coordinating internal and external teams to complete business design, architecture design and solution implementation across departments;
3. Have the ability to coordinate and integrate internal resources of the company, control the solution throughout the project process, and have excellent problem-handling ability;
4. Be a senior expert in the industry/field, able to have a significant impact at the industry/field level; influence the direction of business development strategically;
5. More than 7 years of work experience (in product), with at least 3 years of experience in overall IT design of large-scale projects in the past five years, and priority will be given to those with experience in large-scale logistics, supply chain and other industries;
6. Excellent team spirit, strong communication and coordination skills, with quick response ability, pressure resistance, strong abstract ability, process-oriented and structured thinking, exploratory and research spirit, and strong autonomous learning ability;
7. Familiarity with TOGAF, CBM and other architectural methodologies is preferred.
