Job Description – Full Stack Java Developer (Fintech)
About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer with fintech experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, merchants, and providers to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and APIs.
Integrate with third-party banking and financial APIs.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify/resolve issues.
Work on AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub workflows to ensure smooth deployments.
Handle and resolve technical queries from merchants and providers; escalate issues when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.
Participate in on-call/night shift support for production systems.
Required Skills \& Experience
Minimum 2 year of experience in the fintech domain (payment gateway, banking APIs, or financial services).
Strong knowledge of Node.js, REST APIs, and integration workflows.
Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub version control.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work night shifts as per business needs.
Experience with NestJS, Prisma, and MySQL.
Exposure to payment aggregator/processor systems.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Kibana).

Pay: ₹335,403.59 - ₹1,532,409.10 per year
