Job description
We are looking for a Dev Mobile to take a key role in developing and optimizing high-quality web and mobile applications.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performance features aligned with both business goals and long-term technical direction.
This role requires technical ownership, mentorship capability, and deep hands-on experience in ReactJS and React Native development within Agile/Scrum environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Agile Participation* Participate in daily Scrum meetings; report work progress, upcoming tasks, and any blockers.
Collaborate in Sprint Planning, Grooming, QC alignment, and continuous delivery cycles.
Development \& Code Quality* Write high-quality, develop, maintainable code following Clean Code principles, linting standards, and Conventional Commit rules.
Develop and maintain large-scale web (ReactJS) and mobile (React Native) applications.
Integrate complex features while ensuring maintainability and long-term product alignment.
Quality Control \& Delivery* Ensure all QC test cases are fully passed before delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Design, Frontend, Backend, and QC teams to deliver features that meet both business and technical requirements.
Architecture Contribution* Contribute to the design, development, and optimization of web and mobile application architecture, ensuring: Scalability; Performance; Security;
Maintainability; Alignment with long-term product direction
Technical Ownership* Take ownership in solving complex technical problems.
Improve system performance and enhance application architecture.
Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Mentorship* Lead and mentor junior engineers, including: Conduct code reviews; Provide technical guidance; Share best practices; Improve overall team capability
Your skills and experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience* 4+ years of experience building large-scale applications using ReactJS and React Native.
Develop a web application (REST API or a web application with a user interface), ensuring a clear separation between business logic, request routing, and data presentation.
Experienced working with AI/ML products, automation tools, SaaS platforms, or enterprise systems.
Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Technical \& Product Skills* Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Deep knowledge of React Native core concepts, including:

Component lifecycle

Performance tuning

Understanding of Bridge / JSI
Solid experience in state management: Redux / Redux Toolkit; Redux-Saga (required); Zustand or MobX (plus)
Experience integrating: RESTful APIs; WebSocket / real-time data; Push notifications; Deep linking; Deep linking
Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, and basic CI/CD pipelines: Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions, or similar
Experience publishing \& maintaining apps on:

Familiarity with native platforms:

Ability to debug native issues: Gradle; CocoaPods; Signing configurations; App build \& release issues; Experience with Nodejs.

Comfortable working in Agile / Scrum environments.
Ownership mindset; proactive attitude toward product quality and technical excellence.
Capability to mentor and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Nice to Have* Experience with Linux, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, deployments, environment configuration, and cloud infrastructure.
