Minimum qualifications:
3 years of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role.
Experience sourcing at an executive level (e.g niche talent, executive search firm, recruitment agency, or in-house corporate talent team).
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting information.
Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience leading projects and working in a fast-paced organization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for proactively finding and engaging with exceptional candidates for a variety of SWE roles. Deliver outcomes for a talent ecosystem as a key contributor to meet hiring demand, ensuring the execution of a consistent hiring process that works for all candidates.
Identify and engage representative talent by utilizing sourcing expertise for a variety of roles within Mexico, with a focus on executive level SWEs.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
Build relationships with potential candidates, creating a positive experience that reflects Google’s culture and values.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and landscapes to ensure sourcing strategies remain effective.
