Participation in the internship program requires that you are located in Singapore for the duration of the internship program.
Google is a global company and, in order to facilitate efficient collaboration and communication globally, English proficiency is a requirement for this internship program.
Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.
Minimum qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience with coding in C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, or another relevant programming language.
Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
Experience with data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to actively participate in technical discussions.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to work on projects related to mobile development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, developing large software systems, or security software development.
Ability to showcase tech projects and participate in computer science-related extracurricular activities.
