Responsibilities
Data Engineering: Architect and build pipelines to ingest and centralize data from 3rd party providers and alternative sources, to help refine ESG rating model systematically
Sustainability Research: Develop metrics that translate raw data into proprietary ESG ratings and investment signals, bridging the gap between technical data and fundamental idea generation.
AI \& Automation: Explore leveraging AI/LLMs to automate the extraction of unstructured data (e.g., sustainability reports) and build dynamic dashboards to visualize insights for the investment team and investor reporting
Workflow Optimization: Assist with ad-hoc data processing and continuously refine workflows to improve the speed and accuracy of our analysis and reporting
Requirements
Education: Current Undergraduate or Master’s student in a quantitative and/or sustainability-focused field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Environmental Management)
Passion: A genuine interest in sustainability and how data can drive responsible investment decisions
Technical Skills: Strong practical command of Python (especially Pandas), SQL and Excel VBA
Data Capability: Experience with web scraping and organizing unstructured data. We value the ability to solve data problems over theoretical knowledge
Key Traits: A team player and a self-starter with strong numerical reasoning and attention to detail. You should be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment—takes ownership of their work and strong communication/interpersonal skills
Internship period: January – April 2026 (flexible schedule)
